Child rapes by illegal aliens in NC

Attention NC citizens:

NCFIRE has just completed one full year of documenting child rapes by illegal aliens in NC. The shocking numbers total: 211 illegal aliens amassed 797 separate charges of child rape/child sexual assault for the previous 12 month period. You can view each monthly report on our website here: http://ncfire.info

The latest monthly report for April 2017 includes, 24 illegal aliens who were charged with 132 separate instances of child rape/child sexual assault. You can view this report here: ncfire.info – april2017

Keep in mind, we could not check every arrest record, in every county in NC, every month for one full year, so these numbers are most certainly low.

If you want this carnage against our children to stop, you must contact your NC House and NC Senate members in Raleigh. Insist they enact and enforce strict illegal immigration laws at the state level.

Enough is enough. It is past time to protect NC’s children against this onslaught.

Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) statement on the passage of the AHCA:

For Immediate Release
Ben Williamson
Ben.Williamson@mail.house.gov
(202) 225-6401

Washington, D.C. – Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) released the following statement on the passage of the AHCA:

“This process has never been about getting a win for Republicans or a win for the Freedom Caucus-it’s been about getting a win for the countless Americans who are being crushed by the broken system of Obamacare. Today is a victory for them.

From the earliest stages of the discussion, I’ve stated that my goals were to 1) bring down premiums for Americans, and 2) protect those with pre-existing conditions. After weeks of negotiations, conversations, and substantive changes to the bill, I believe we reached the point where both of these criteria will be sufficiently met. I believe the revised AHCA will substantially reduce healthcare premiums and provide a strong net of protection for the most vulnerable Americans.

I particularly want to recognize two of my friends and colleagues, Rep. Tom MacArthur and Rep. Fred Upton, for their work in negotiating the closing details of the bill. I also want to thank President Trump for his work behind the scenes to bring this deal home. Having worked with him closely over the last few months, I cannot emphasize enough how incredibly focused this President is in keeping his campaign promises to you. This bill is a major step in that mission. There is still work to be done, and I look forward to working with my colleagues in the Senate to improve the bill-but today’s vote is a vital piece to the puzzle. Today we are one step closer. Help is on the way.”

The Big Establishment Lie – Cool-Aid from the Poisoned Chalice

Tribune Papers – By Mike Scruggs – To the political and cultural globalist establishments of the U.S., Canada, and Western Europe, respectability has for a long time trumped reason and truth. Establishment history, sociology, psychology, religion, politics, and even science must protect the establishment and its special interests and future. The big lies in all these spheres of influence reflect a terrible axiom about the human condition: Most people prefer present comfort and respectability over truth, reason, and reality. Sometimes the big lies stretch to absurdities to suppress obvious truths. More often than not a willful moral and intellectual blindness must be marshaled to shut out the light of truth. This often results in fanatical or hysterical action by politically correct partisans and paid intellectual zombies to keep a single ray of sunlight from shining through and restoring some truth. The biggest lies usually weave an elaborate false narrative of history and human understanding.

The freer the nation in its politics and culture, the more truth will flourish. The more false narratives prevail the less free a nation becomes until it finally collapses from totalitarian government and intellectual or spiritual folly.

Western Europe and the United States have developed many false historical and cultural narratives to protect establishment special interests, influence low-information voters, and cover up scandalous selfishness and evil. I note with disgust that the City of New Orleans is removing monuments to Robert E. Lee, Jefferson Davis, P.T. G Beauregard, and a monument commemorating the end of Reconstruction in Louisiana.

An Insider’s Account of the War on Work

FEE – In Pasadena, CA in the 1970s, a married mother of two in my neighborhood began a daycare service out of her house. What was interesting at the time was that not long after starting her business she was visited by local government officials. It seemed she needed a license if she wanted to continue operating.

License requirements are but one way that those with close ties to government secure for themselves a supposed advantage.

It didn’t register at the time (I was very young), but looking back, this was very odd. Parents are nothing if not overly careful when it comes to their children. Most would never put their child in the care of someone whom they didn’t trust, who was irresponsible, incompetent, or all three. As such, when it comes to daycare, the very idea of a license requirement reads as superfluous. But what was odd back in the 70s became increasingly common, and is very common today.

As William “Chip” Mellor and Dick Carpenter, respectively chairman/founding general counsel and director of strategic research at the essential Institute for Justice report in their recently released book Bottleneckers: Gaming the Government for Power and Private Profit, “Some criminals begin at a young age” by virtue of “conducting business without a license.” While in the 1950s roughly 5 percent of U.S. workers needed a “government-issued license to work,” the authors cite estimates that what used to be one in twenty is “almost one in three today.” Odds are if you start a business, you’re breaking some kind of licensure law based on your lack of “a government-issued permission slip” allowing you to work.

New Date is June 15th! A FreedomWorks Rally to Show Support for Congressman Mark Meadows

Fellow Conservatives,

Please consider taking some time June 15th to show your support for our Congressman Mark Meadows! As a man of principle, and amidst much criticism, Congressman Meadows held firm against pressure from the Speaker of the House and even President Donald Trump to stop unprincipled compromise. He is now a key player on Capitol Hill as he works tirelessly to deliver his campaign promises to his constituents.

This is your opportunity to show how much we appreciate his dedication and sacrifice! The leftist opposition is well organized and has held several protests to give the appearance that Western NC no longer supports Mark Meadows. I say – don’t let that strategy work. Come to this rally to let the media and Mark Meadows know we stand by him. I would love to see every one of you, and all your conservative friends, on Grove Street on June 15th at 12:30 in front of the New Court House!

Panic Over Foreign Aid Budget Could Use Some Perspective

The Daily Signal – Earlier this week, Foreign Policy published a leaked 15-page State Department internal document detailing the fiscal year 2018 budget numbers for five categories of foreign assistance.

The article, breathlessly titled “The End of Foreign Aid as We Know It,” asserted that the document portended the imminent incorporation of the U.S. Agency for International Development, or USAID, into the State Department and quoted numerous defenders of the status quo detailing how the proposed budget would harm U.S. interests. All of this could benefit from some perspective.

First of all, the leaked document was dated April 6. Thus, even if it is authentic, the document reflects a proposal that is at least three weeks old and could easily be out of date and overtaken by more recent plans. It is also unknown whether it was one of multiple options or a consensus document. In short, reactions to it are half-baked, at best, at this point.

Georgia Governor Signs “Guns Everywhere” Into Law

The New America – Georgia Governor Nathan Deal signed into law Wednesday a bill the National Rifle Association has called “the most comprehensive pro-gun reform legislation introduced in recent history” and critics have labeled the “‘guns everywhere’ bill.”

The new law, effective July 1, allows licensed gun owners to bring guns into bars and government buildings that don’t have metal detectors, including city halls, libraries, recreational centers, city office buildings, and fire stations, USA Today reported. The “Safe Carry Protection Act” also allows school districts to permit some employees to be armed in schools. It gives religious leaders the option of allowing licensed gun owners to carry their firearms into their respective churches, synagogues, or mosques and will allow people to carry guns.

The new legislation also removes a restriction preventing people convicted of certain misdemeanors from getting a gun permit and, in a provision that has caused some concern among law enforcement officials, police will not be able to detain a person “for the sole purpose of investigating whether such a person has a weapons carry license.”

Voter Impersonation Fraud Confirmed in NC (But Not Prosecuted).

Dear VoteChecker…

What are your thoughts on David Learner not bringing charges against the 67 year old woman in NC who voted on behalf of her mom. Should charges have been brought?

District Attorney, David Learner, a Republican DA from Burke County, NC, opted not to prosecute a 67-year-old woman who voted twice by using her recently deceased mother’s registration. (Picture courtesy of Facebook.)

Hi Tim.

Thanks for asking. I need to start my answer with some background information about prosecutors in North Carolina.

In 2013, we found an 80-something-year-old Goldsboro man who had voted in both Florida and North Carolina in 2004, 2008 and 2012. We turned our evidence over to the State Board of Elections (SBOE). They agreed with our findings and referred the 2012 case to the Wayne County District Attorney for prosecution. A trusted source told us that somebody from that DA’s office called the man and spoke with his son, who brushed it off, claiming his dad was senile.

Though the pattern of fraud over 12 years might have impeached any senility claim, the DA only had physical evidence for the 2012 criminal act. Prosecuting the prior two elections isn’t possible without physical evidence, and NC’s fraud-friendly election laws make sure that such evidence is destroyed after 22 months. I would like to have seen him press the perpetrator for a plea to a lower charge, but that couldn’t happen. Besides, nobody wants to prosecute an 80-year-old man.

Joking aside, double voting by that man or voter impersonation by the 67-year-old woman are only a Class I (as in the letter below H) Felony. Such a low valuation by the Legislature discourages DAs from wasting their time and money prosecuting the case. Unless she had a prior criminal record (which she did not), conviction of a Class I Felony in NC will never warrant jail time.

Hudson praises Trump executive order on offshore energy production

Carolina Journal – A couple of weeks ago, U.S. Rep. Richard Hudson, R-8th District, asked President Trump to reverse Obama-era regulations that effectively halted oil and gas exploration off the Atlantic coast.

Hudson was by the president’s side on Friday when Trump signed The America First Offshore Energy Executive Order. It opens leasing of the Atlantic Outer Continental Shelf for oil and gas exploration and future production of energy resources.

“I’ve been advocating for environmentally sound offshore exploration in the Atlantic for years. It’s about time we had a president who shares my desire to responsibly open North Carolina to energy exploration while protecting our beautiful coastal waters as well as our tourism and ocean industries,” said Hudson.

“I will continue to work to get North Carolina into the energy business to unlock good-paying jobs and strengthen our energy security,” said Hudson, who introduced legislation last year requiring the Obama administration to open lease sales off of North Carolina’s coast to energy exploration and development.

Why This Judge’s Ruling Won’t Block Federal Action on Sanctuary Cities

The Daily Signal – Media sources are all breathlessly reporting that the Trump administration’s proposed termination of federal funding to sanctuary cities has been enjoined by a federal judge.

But that is misleading, and the media is misinterpreting the injunction order in the same way the federal judge misinterpreted President Donald Trump’s executive order.

At issue in the lawsuit filed in San Francisco federal court by Santa Clara County and San Francisco was Section 9 of Executive Order 13768, “Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United States.”

If you read all of the news accounts, as well as the order of Judge William Orrick (an Obama appointee), you would think that Trump ordered the cutoff of all federal funding to sanctuary cities, from basic federal entitlement payments like Medicaid to discretionary grants.

Six Companies That Are Quietly Securing Our Identities

FEE – The ways we create and manage our identities in our increasingly digital world are broken. We have separate credentials for nearly every service we interact with but often reuse the same simple passwords, leaving ourselves vulnerable. Our credentials and sensitive data are then stored in databases with thousands or millions of other users, creating attractive targets for hacking and theft.

We experience all of the problems of fragmented, siloed identity systems — yet reap none of its promised benefits, such as increased privacy or diffused risk. In the cases where we do have relatively secure, integrated identities to which we attach lots of personal information, these identities are in reality owned by massive companies, like Google or Facebook, who can revoke our access at any time.

There are better paths to follow. It is possible to create a future where our identities are more secure, easier to use, and under our control. Here are six companies laying the groundwork for that future: Click here to read more.

Brainwashing Shocker: MIT Press Releases “Communism for Kids” Book

The New American – With due respect to Santayana, perhaps we can say that those who love the mistakes of the past will condemn others to repeat them. A case in point is a new book published by MIT Press that’s actually titled Communism for Kids — I kid you not.

The Washington Free Beacon reports that the book, “written by a German author who specializes in political theory and ‘queer politics,’ was released last month. The thesis of the children’s book is that communism is ‘not that hard,’ but has not been implemented in the right way.”

Wow, I’ve never heard that one before. You mean, if I try touching the hot stove just one more time, it may not burn my hand?

Rep. Mark Meadows: Unassuming DC Power Player

CBN News – Congressman Mark Meadows looks so unassuming: a mild mannered evangelical congressman from North Carolina who’s been married to the same woman for nearly forty years. But looks can be deceiving because Mark Meadows is a major power player in Washington.

Meadows leads the Freedom Caucus, a group of more than 30 conservatives in the U.S. House of Representatives who can make or break a president’s agenda. Last month, Meadows and his merry men stood firm against GOP leadership and The White House, demanding a better health care bill. President Trump wasn’t happy. He tweeted that if Meadows, “would get on board we would have both great healthcare and massive tax cuts & reform.”

“I don’t take his tweets as personal,” Meadows told CBN News. “They’re part of the negotiation, part of getting people to move, to get people to a ‘yes.’ Being a punching bag is difficult because sometimes the narratives are just not true.”

Forget Utopia! Government Resources Do Run Out!

JBS – With an overwhelmingly low Freedom Index score of 16 percent, Democratic Senator Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) has consistently voted to increase government spending. But recently, she realized that eventually the government’s money does indeed run out. Last week, at a Missouri town hall meeting, McCaskill was questioned on the topic of free college tuition. Her response? “We can’t just start having the government pay for everything.”

She also stated: “Free college tuition is a great goal except it’s really expensive. It’s really expensive and we are struggling with how we’re going to pay for what we have in place right now in terms of Medicare. We have a demographic bubble that is moving into the system and we have interest rates going up and we owe a lot of debt. And if we’re not careful, we’re going to get so far under that we could be Greece.”

11 Ways Trump Has Rolled Back Government Regulations in His First 100 Days

The Daily Signal – As President Donald Trump reaches his 100th day in the White House on April 29, he will have worked with Congress to rescind more regulations using the Congressional Review Act than any other president.

“We’re excited about what we’re doing so far. We’ve done more than that’s ever been done in the history of Congress with the CRA,” Rep. Doug Collins, R-Ga., told The Daily Signal in an interview, referring to the law called the Congressional Review Act.

The Congressional Review Act, the tool Trump and lawmakers are using to undo these regulations, allows Congress to repeal executive branch regulations in a certain window of time.

“Under the Congressional Review Act, Congress is given 60 legislative days to disapprove a rule and receive the president’s signature, after which the rule goes into effect,” Paul Larkin, a senior legal research fellow at The Heritage Foundation, wrote in a February report. The 60 days begins after Congress is notified that a rule has been finalized.

It’s time for establishment Republicans to ‘Buck’ this trend

We at Tea Party Patriots recently had the pleasure of hearing from Rep. Ken Buck (R-Colo.), whose book “Drain the Swamp: How Washington Corruption is Worse Than You Think” is a must-read, as it details the shocking role money plays in determining who in Congress gets critical committee appointments.

“Tea Party Patriots recently hosted Buck on our weekly leadership call, giving him the opportunity to speak directly to hundreds of our local coordinators all over the country,” Tea Party Patriots Co-Founder Jenny Beth Martin writes in her latest opinion piece for The Hill. “For those who couldn’t be with us on that call and have the chance to speak with him directly, Buck’s book is the next best thing.”

The freshman congressman argues for principle over politics, and says establishment Republicans spend too much time and effort fighting up-and-coming conservative leaders than they do fighting the real problem: liberal Democrats in the House and Senate.

On Obamacare, rumor has it that Republicans from the moderate Tuesday group and the House Freedom Caucus have reached a deal on a new repeal bill. Congress returns from recess next week and we’ll be watching closely to see if they get repeal right this time around. Click here to help Tea Party Patriots urge lawmakers to adopt an Obamacare-repeal bill that gets rid of the disastrous law wreaking havoc on our healthcare industry!

There Is Only One Way Out of Poverty

Wouldn’t a change in our education system be a HUGE step in lowering the poverty level?

A fix for the US School System

By Fremont V Brown III

The present US education system does very little to prepare the students for the real world. At the end of 12th grade very few have any true skills to get a job. Plus many college degrees are useless as they are too general and the first two-years are usually a repeat of high school. Many students cannot get jobs that justify the cost of college.

I think the following would go along way to fix the system. First thru sixth grade the teachers must teach the students the BASICS like math, speaking, spelling, reading and writing. Teach math without calculators. Teach the student what type questions to ask themselves to reason out the answers for themselves. Teach US history with solid knowledge of the Constitution and Bill of Rights, plus world history and geography are a must.

Starting in 7th grade the courses change to three hours a day for courses to prepare the student for college. One hour a day for a course called LIFE. This course would teach the student EVERYTHING they need to know once they begin life after 12th grade. Like cooking, washing the clothes, balance the checkbook, understanding the interest rates on loans, how to do a budget and stick to it, etc. Then four hours of vocation/trade skills. These courses would teach skills to be a plumber, carpenter, chef, landscaper, auto mechanic, dental tech, nursing, etc. The courses would also include management, purchasing, accounting and all of the skills needed to run a business. At the end of the courses the instructors would or would not issue a certificate that guarantees the employer that the student can do the job without supervision and correctly. The student could in many cases finish school with three to six skills. I am pretty sure the drop out rate would be much lower then it is now. And the students would be more prepared to start life on their own.

Is this a FAIRER Federal Income Tax?

Flat Tax Plan of 2010 proposed by Fremont V. Brown III

Individuals: 5% tax on every individual of their taxable earned income.

Taxable earned income would be considered income earned and earned income would be considered wages, salaries, or professional fees received from sources within the United States for personal services actually rendered.

Business, Corporate or Trades: 5% on every person engaged in a business activity located in the United States on business taxable income of such person on the taxpayer’s share of the net profits of such business, corporation or trade, received from sources within the United States shall be considered as earned income. Net profit is income from sales or services minus standard business expensive.

The present U.S. Income Tax act would be completely repealed.

Also, the following taxes and programs in placed now would be completely repealed: Estate Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Dividend Taxes, Payroll Taxes, Taxes on Social Security payments to retirees, Unemployment Taxes, all Welfare and Foreign Aid programs.

Social Security would be phased out. Starting in a year to be chosen, those that have not started paying in to the plan would not be in the plan. People would become responsible for their own retirement programs.

Also, all tax-exempt organizations and non-profits would no longer be exempt from income taxes. They would pay the same 5% as everyone else.

Included in the above Act is the following, Congress would add an amendment to the U.S. Constitution, that Senate and Representatives could not spend more than 80% of the income taxes received from the previous year. Also, included would be a law that the 20% balance of the taxes collected the year before MUST be used to pay down the debt till it is paid off. Once the debt is paid in full, the 20% then could be used as the above 80%. NO NEW DEBT EVER, programs can only be funded from year to year.

The 16th Amendment which states: The Congress shall have the power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census and enumeration. A new amendment replacing the 16th will need to read: The Congress shall have the power to lay and collect taxes on incomes earned from within the borders of the USA, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census and enumeration. At a rate no higher than 5% for individuals, corporations and trades.

Reasons and benefits to the Flat Tax Plan of 2010 proposed by Fremont V. Brown III

By repealing the Estate Tax, which steals the American Dream of someone building a foundation for their family to grow and prosper. And by repealing the Capital Gains Tax and Dividend Tax will cause more investment in companies and they will build and invest and in the process create jobs.

The Flat Tax would draw businesses that left the US back as the Corporate Tax would be about 34% less than it is now. Also, it should bring new businesses to the US as our Corporate Tax would be much lower than many other countries.

Once Unemployment Taxes are repealed and the income to the Government increases due to the lower-income tax rate, retraining programs could be started. But, if the education system was changed at the local level to say something like: First through sixth grade the teachers must teach the students the BASICS like math, speaking, spelling, reading and writing. Teach math without calculators. Teach the student what type questions to ask themselves to reason out the answers for themselves. Teach US history with solid knowledge of the Constitution and Bill of Rights, plus world history and geography are a must. Then starting in 7th grade the courses change to three hours a day for courses to prepare the student for college. These courses would teach skills to be a plumber, carpenter, chef, landscapers, auto mechanic, dental tech, nursing, etc. The courses would also include management, purchasing, accounting and all of the skills needed to run a business. At the end of the courses the instructors would or would not issue a certificate that guarantees the employer that the student can do the job without supervision and correctly. The student could in many cases finish school with three to six skills. I am pretty sure the drop out rate would be much lower than it is now. And the students would be more prepared to start life on their own. And if, they lose a job, they will not need any retraining.

The Flat Tax would take less time and money to prepare at the end of the year. For Individuals, the tax return would be the size of a 3″ x 5″ index card. For Business, Corporations or the Trades the tax return would be the size of a 8.5″ x 11″ sheet of paper. It would, also greatly reduce the size of the IRS. As the tax returns would be much smaller and less complex, there would be much less for them to do.

Flat Tax would be a job creator as with more money left in the taxpayer and businesses pockets, they will have more money to spend and save. To spend on hobbies, vacations, fixing things around the house, buying a second home, etc.

Flat Tax would also, create lower prices as less taxes means less cost added into the products and services which equals lower wholesale, distributor and retail prices. The cost of living goes down. Even more money left in the taxpayers pockets.

Something to think about: Everyone should support their country, as their country should treat all of its citizens equally. As all men are created equal, everyone should pay the same percentage.

It is a proven fact that lower tax rates increase revenue to the taxing agency, because people have more money in their pocket to spend on investments, goods, and savings, etc. This creates more jobs and growth.

Higher taxes give people reasons to not report or under report income or to earn less income. Higher taxes are one of the reasons for lower productivity and lower living standards of the people. Along with too much government regulation. It is also the cause of less money for research and development expenditures. It removes money from the private sector. The private sector is where wealth is created. The Government sector does not create wealth. The larger the government the more it takes from the people and produces nothing, but overhead (expenses) in return.

PS: I have been told “Your plan would create a negative score because we wouldn’t get the dynamic score of additional growth to offset.” I answered “Mistake is thinking it would not “include additional growth to offset” as it would BRING back all the funds overseas that then would be invested here plus ALL the studies show that when taxes are lower that funds to the taxing agency INCREASES as people and companies have MUCH more money to spend. Americans for the most part LOVE to spend, just look at the credit card debt.” I should have added that the provision of EVERYONE being taxed widens and expands for the growth to offset.

44% of Americans will pay no Federal Income Tax

Money-ish – Many Americans won’t owe the government a dime today.

More than four in 10 American households (44.3%) — or upwards of 76 million — didn’t pay any income tax to the federal government last year, according to data for 2016 from the Tax Policy Center. This year that number is expected to be roughly the same, at 43.9%.

Most of these people aren’t paying income taxes because they either don’t have any income that is taxable (many fall below the poverty line), or because they get enough tax breaks and don’t owe the government money. Common tax breaks include the child tax credit, the earned income tax credit (EITC), and the exclusion of some or all Social Security income, explains Roberton Williams of the Tax Policy Center.

Of course, this doesn’t mean that this group is completely tax exempt: “Roughly 2/3 of those paying no federal income tax work and pay federal payroll taxes that support Social Security and Medicare; about 60% of the rest are elderly and thus retired and not working; and most of the rest have very low incomes,” says Williams.

Food for thought: 44% are paying zero, zip, nada, bupkus……..how is that a ‘fair share?’ They live here, too, right?
How did we get to the point where it’s okay for some folks to completely skate while others take it in the shorts, ‘bigly’?

Does Canada Have More Economic Freedom Than the United States?

FEE – When speaking of Canada, conservatives laugh at our “socialist neighbor to the north” with its lavish social programs. The main point of contention is, of course, Canada’s infamous “socialized healthcare,” which has been viewed as the epitome of a system NOT to imitate because of its high costs and long waiting times.

While, yes, Canada is dangerously close to Bernie Sanders’ dream of a single-payer system, the very structure of its system explains why Canada constantly ranks higher on the Heritage Foundation’s Index of Economic Freedom – #7, compared to the U.S. #17 ranking. And that structure is federalism.

Indeed, Canada’s 1867 constitution explicitly stipulates that hospitals – with a few exceptions – are under the exclusive care of the provinces.

Despite many of Ottawa’s incursions in the domain, one of the only major pieces of legislation from the federal government is the Canada Health Act. It has only 18 pages – nine if it were written in only one language but all laws in Canada are written both in French and English. Including this legislation, there are eight federal laws regarding health care, totaling about 137 pages.

To put this in perspective, in the United States, the Affordable Care Act (a.k.a Obamacare) has 906 pages, Title XVIII of the Social Security Act (which established Medicare, the government health program for the elderly) has 1,149 pages and Title XIX of the Social Security Act (which establishes Medicaid and CHIP, respectively government health program for the poor and children) has 414 pages.
